Volunteer Usher

Usher sign-ups are now available for the 2022-2023 theatrical season. Please fill out the form below to sign up.

Vaccine and Mask Requirements: Volunteer ushers are required to show a government-issued photo ID and proof of full vaccination status (physical copy or digital photograph of vaccination card) or verification of a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival to their performance for admittance. Negative PCR tests must be dated within 48 hours of the performance; negative antigen tests must be dated within 24 hours of the performance. Face coverings are also required for all patrons, ushers, staff, volunteers and vendors, regardless of vaccination status. Acceptable forms of government-issued photo IDs include driver’s licenses and passports. accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements. Ticket holders and ushers who do not comply with these policies will not be admitted. Ford’s Theatre COVID-19 guidance is developed in collaboration with the George Washington University Medical Faculty. We actively monitor health and safety conditions and recommendations and will continue to update our policies as circumstances require.
